Same old England then! We had the lead by a great goal in the first half and then sat on it like we had won which is why we blew it! They should have gone for the second goal like their lives depended on it! Ruddy *issed off!
At Admin/mods. I wanted to post this in Off-topic discussion but someone there using bots creating threads every other minute would make this a waste of time. :-X

Partly agree with you in that they should have gone for a second goal much harder than they did, but don't agree with 'same old England...'. They got to the final for the first time in decades, so great improvement in that regard.
We're aware of certain members using thread-generating bots and action will be taken.

Yer LOL! They did seem to 'sit back' as if the job had been done instead of what they should have done, which is up the tempo. Having said that, you can't take away the fact that Italy gave a master class in possession football in the rest of the first half and most of the second.
