For what it's worth here's a few renderings I did using 3ds Max, don't know if they're any good or not.  I'm still new with the software, just had it a few months.

Love the first one!  How did you get the lights to glow?  I also like the kitchen unit. :-*

Hey, thanks!  In simple terms 3ds allows you to create 'glowing light spheres' that you can put anywhere in a scene.  Whatever object/s they're near to or inside of is illuminated.

The filing cabinet looks almost real and reminds me of one I saw in an office decades go.  Even the ashtray and pot plant are similar. 8)
